What can I expect?

How long is a service at first baptist?

In total, a First Baptist Church service is approximately 60 minutes in length. Services begin with the First Baptist Praise Team leading the church in music - song lyrics are projected onto the screens so you can sing along and/or engage with worship however you feel most comfortable. After the music portion of service is complete, our pastor will come out to share an encouraging and hope-filled message about Jesus.

What's the culture like at First Baptist Church?

Sunday's at First Baptist are exciting, joyful and relaxed. People who attend First Baptist come dressed in a variety of ways, from dresses and suits to jeans and t-shirts. Come as you are and expect to feel welcomed as our guest.

What about my kids?

We believe that kids should have fun at church every single week - and at First Baptist, we make this a priority. From small group classes to Children's Church, where three to five years olds are taught the Bible on their level, we want our kids to learn and grow in a fun and encouraging environment.

The other thing we make a priority is your children’s safety. Because of that, we have a detailed check-in process the first time you visit. You’ll want to leave yourself an extra few minutes to get signed in. The check in desk is located in the Preschool area.
